whats respect

WALT:describe what respect is in our own words.

Respect is when someone is use manes to the talker our listening
to the teacher and respect is not hitting some so if some is being mean to you if someone is calling you name just tell the to go away our tell the teacher our ignore them and showing respect is when someone offers you some respect is saying no thank you.

  1. Tēnā koe Marko. You have included the title and WALT in your mahi, well done. You mentioned ignoring someone, telling a teacher or telling someone to go away when they are being mean; these are respectable ways to deal with an unfortunate situation. I wonder if respect looks different at home than it does in the classroom - what do you think? What does respect look like in your house? How does your whānau show manaakitanga and kia tika towards each other, or visitors when they come over?
